Our Services
IRP or Apportioned Registration
IRP Registration - Also known as apportioned registration, takes the place of your temporary trip permits, saving you tons of time and money! It also costs the about the same as your regular registration. We are partnered with the DMV to offer plates and stickers from our office, often issuing plates the same day!
DOT/MC Authority
To operate a commercial vehicle, you have to register with the Department of Transportation. To cross state lines for hire, you also need the MC Authority. We can help you navigate through their vigorous application with ease, and often will have your numbers the same day!
CA# from the CHP
When you operate a commercial vehicle based of California, CHP requires you to register with them as well. We can process that for you so you have one less thing to worry about.
California Motor Carrier Permits
In order to carry loads within California, you are required to have a Motor Carrier Permit. The application is long and can be confusing. Let us help you determine what type you need!
UCRA Filings
Unified Carrier Registration is a program every commercial carrier based in California is required to participate in. We can make sure that you are always registered so you don’t have any surprises while you are out on the road.
IFTA Accounts
International Fuel Tax Agreement is a program designed to make paying your fuel tax easy. This program requires a bit of record keeping on your end, but makes it much easier and cheaper than buying fuel permits in each state. Not only can we help you obtain IFTA permits but we can also help you file each quarter.
Mileage Permits
New Mexico, Oregon, Kentucky and New York have an additional tax per mile when you enter their states. Instead of purchasing the mileage upfront, you can obtain an account with each of them that allows you to report and pay quarterly (Oregon is monthly), saving you time and money.
IRS Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (Form 2290)
The IRS requires you to file and pay a Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (also known as the 2290) for every vehicle you own weighing 55,000 lbs. or more. We can process them electronically and have your stamped copy, usually within an hour!
VIN Verifications
DMV requires any vehicle previously titled in another state, or not titled at all, to have a verification performed on the unit. You can bring your vehicle to us or we can come to you (San Diego County only)!
